  I think this is the best branch in all of Idaho! Trish ALWAYS takes care of me and if I need something she always makes it a priority. Chase, I think you should give her a raise!!!

  ThisI have a debit card that has to be used at a Chase bank if I don't want to pay extra for a withdrawal of my money. I went in today to get some cash out of the A.T.M. I needed to get some smaller bills so I walked into the bank to get smaller bills. I asked if I could get 8 fives from my two twenties. I was asked if I had an account with them. I wanted to exchange cash for cash. I showed her my debit card and was told no they couldn't do it without an account there. Needless to say I will never have one there now. The amazing cashier at Fred Meyers graciously made the exchange for me. So happy that I will be getting another bank to handle my payments in November. Will not be missing Chase bank. This was at the bank inside Fred Meyers!

  My boyfriend went in to this particular Chase location today simply to have a paper notarized for his job. The lady (he didn't catch her name) who "helped" him, asked for his ID and Chase debit card before proceeding. When my boyfriend asked why she needed his debit card, she replied "why would I waste my time on someone who's not even a Chase customer?" Keep in mind, you don't have to be a customer of a bank to get a paper notarized - whether it be Chase or any other bank. Maybe I'm making a bigger deal out of this than necessary, but maybe you should try not acting like a snot. Thanks.
